Workshops

THATCamp Vancouver will also feature a workshop stream.

Here are brief descriptions of our confirmed workshops:

Digital Scholarly Communication with Scalar –  with Jentery Sayers (U. of Victoria)
Learn how to use this free, open-source authoring and publishing platform, which is designed for writing born-digital, linked scholarship online. During this workshop, participants will have the opportunity to experiment with their own Scalar books. There are no prerequisites for this workshop. People familiar with word processing, WordPress, or social media platforms should feel at home.
